We offer our products through mail, telephone and the internet. Interested customers work directly with our company.
Do you employ insurance agents?
By law, only licensed insurance agents can sell insurance products. Stonebridge Life Insurance is a direct sales company that employs licensed insurance agents. However, we do not use field agents to market our products.
Where are your offices located?
Our administrative offices are located in Plano, TX and Frazer, PA. Our Home Office is in Baltimore, MD and we are domiciled in the State of Vermont.

Can I buy all of your insurance products online?
At this time only a few select products are currently available to be sold online. We are working diligently to provide online applications or enrollments for many more insurance products. Keep checking back from time to time for product availability in your state.
Do you sell automobile or homeowner’s insurance?
Automobile or homeowner’s insurance is not sold by Stonebridge Life Insurance.
How can I designate, change or add a beneficiary?
The quickest way to request a change is through this website. Just login (or register if you have not already) and click the customer service forms link located on the left column of the page. You can also call 1-800-362-6900 and we’ll mail a form to you.
How do I make a claim?
Log in (or register your policy if you have not already done so) then click on the claim forms link on the left column of the page. You can also call our toll-free Customer Service number at 1-800-362-6900.
What are my options for paying my bill?
You generally have several options for billing. Some of these options are regulated by the state where you live. We accept most major credit cards and you may also choose to be billed directly.

What is Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?
EFT is one of several options available to pay your bill. Instead of having to write a check and mail it to us, your payment is automatically taken out of your bank account and processed electronically. Once you’re set up for EFT, there’s no effort required on your part. All you need to do is provide your bank information (routing and account numbers) on a billing form.
